TYS supports youth ages 16-24 years old in the HIGHTS Workforce Program by helping them secure transportation, stable housing, and essential life skills like budgeting, healthcare management, and grocery shopping. For those ineligible for WIOA, TYS provides college enrollment assistance and job placement support, ensuring every young person has the tools to succeed in work and life. Youth must be Medicaid eligible.

Youth with unmet substance use needs will be provided a substance use assessment to determine the level of care to address their substance misuse so they can better function as a growing adult.
