Career Connect
Dependent on Grant Funding, HIGHTS offers young adults aged 16-24 paid work experiences and support to earn industry and college credentials. Our goal is to increase access to opportunities in post-secondary education and employment. HIGHTS Workforce Preparedness Project offers paid work experiences in the following high-demand industries: Health Care, Automotive, Construction, and Technology.
Commitment and Support
We have successfully paired multiple participants with their prospective job preferences based on interests or educational experience. We offer career exploration for those who are undecided.
By offering support, we have increased access to allow participants to complete a post-secondary degree and/or credential(s).
